1. Order Processing Time
After payment confirmation, every order is processed within 24–48 business hours. During this phase, we verify product availability, perform quality controls, and prepare the order for shipment.
In case of delays in payment verification (e.g., card or PayPal reviews), processing may take a few additional hours.
2. Shipping Times
Once the order is dispatched, delivery takes an average of 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and the product ordered.
In specific cases (islands, remote areas, or holiday seasons), shipping times may be slightly extended.
As soon as it becomes available, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment.
3. Discreet Shipping
All LuxInTime orders are sent via discrete and anonymous shipping:
- No reference to the specific content or the website name appears on the label or the package.
- The sender name is completely neutral to protect our customers' privacy.
Your confidentiality is our absolute priority.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: €4.99 per order (Free for orders over €69.99)
Shipping fees include packaging, tracking, and logistical management.
5. Logistics Partners
Shipments are managed in collaboration with selected international suppliers, including 1on1wholesale, and handled by qualified express couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent local carriers). The choice of courier may vary based on destination and availability.
6. Delays or Non-Delivery
Potential delivery delays may depend on:
- Customs clearance times
- High-demand periods (e.g., holidays)
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
- Force majeure events (strikes, extreme weather, etc.)
If your package is not delivered within 20 business days, please contact us at customer@luxintime.store so we can investigate the status with the courier.
7. Damaged or Lost Products
If an order arrives damaged or is lost, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt or from the courier's delivery confirmation signal.
In such cases, LuxInTime is committed to resolving the issue with a replacement shipment or a refund after the necessary verifications.
8. Shipping Countries
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. For international deliveries outside the EU, please contact customer service in advance. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Order Modification or Cancellation
You can request to modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, before it is processed. After this timeframe, the order is already in production and cannot be altered.
