Returns & Refund Policy
1) Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from delivery, without giving any reason,
only for sealed and unused products.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, pursuant to Article 59(e) of the Italian Consumer Code,
products whose hygienic seal has been opened cannot be returned
(for example, sex toys, underwear with the protective seal removed, or opened cosmetics).
- The product must be intact, never used, with the hygienic seal intact and complete in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs for withdrawal are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated in specific promotions.
- The refund will be issued within 14 days from your withdrawal request, but it may be withheld until we receive the goods or proof of shipment.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
- Send an email to customer@luxintime.store within 14 days, indicating your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for withdrawal.
- Wait for our confirmation with the RMA and the return address.
- Ship the products, carefully packed, to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
2) Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
If the product arrives damaged or shows a lack of conformity, please contact us within 48 hours from delivery in case of transport damage, or as soon as you notice the defect. Consumer products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty.
- Write to customer@luxintime.store including your order number, a description of the issue and photos or videos of the problem.
- We will review your case as quickly as possible and may proceed with a replacement, repair or refund if the first two options are not possible.
- If a defect is confirmed, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
3) Items Excluded from Returns
- Products that have been opened or whose hygienic seal has been removed, including sex toys, underwear and opened cosmetics.
- Gift cards and digital vouchers are non-refundable.
- Personalised products or items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons.

5) Refund Timing
After we receive and check the returned items, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Any additional costs for premium delivery, express shipping or non-standard delivery options are not refundable.
LuxInTime reserves the right to refuse suspicious returns or fraudulent requests, including improper chargebacks or partial use of the products.
